Roughly 5 years ago Roberts Roofing installed a new roof on our home, and it was done on time, was finished at the agreed to cost, and looked great. Recently a small leak occurred coming from the peak vent, and although GAF, the materials provider, should have been responsible for the repair, when that route proved ludicrously complex, Roberts simply sent over a crew to verify where the leak was, and then came back promptly with the right materials to replace the entire peak vent on the side of the house where it occurred so the repair would not be visible. The fact that they stand behind their work, and tackled a problem that they could have claimed to have been a different organizations responsibility, is a sign they are committed to getting things right. Basically, I can recommend them both for the work they did and their willingness to stand behind it.

The crew could not work on the scheduled day. Rescheduling was prompt. I was not penalized for the lost day. The crew went above and beyond with the clean-up. The price was fair and reasonable.
