“We contacted Robert’s Roofing for an estimate on roof shingle replacement for the detached garage. They showed up at the scheduled time. Once measured and inspected they figured 3 pieces of plywood but cautioned us that once they started removing the old shingles they’d know more.

Our appointment was scheduled for a few weeks out. They offered to file and get the required permits. They had a packet for us that included everything about the job. It was very thorough.

A few weeks turned into a few days as they had an opening. We took the new appointment and they showed up the following day.

Around 8am two site trucks, a tow behind closed trailer, a roll off dumpster and plenty of men to knock this off by 4pm or so that was the plan anyway…

Once started they quickly determined that it needed 8 sheets of 5/8 plywood. They had another truck show up and drop the additional supplies off.

They have a very competent crew and because of the additional work required it wasn’t completed until the following morning.

The additional charges required to properly do this was well within my expectations. They cleaned up everything and it’s looking great. They matched the house roof shingles perfectly for our garage. They went to 6 foot of ice barrier from the gutters. The images depict what damage only 3 foot of barrier causes.
